Welcome to the home of NYC Maine Coon! We are your source for purebred Maine Coon kittens. We breed and help find loving homes for Maine Coon kittens all over the United States. Our beautiful and special kittens come with the necessary certificates and vaccinations your new pet requires!

Our passion for the breed is obvious when you see the love and care of our cats. Our kittens come from excellent bloodlines with beautiful features and character.

The kittens from our family of purebred Maine Coons are offered with spaying/neutering for your home. Reservations are available and recommended.

Our kittens have found loving families all over the United States. We offer pick-up in the New York City area. We can also make personal delivery services anywhere in the U.S.A. that insures personal and caring attention to the kitten.

MAINE COON?
CHARACTER
The Maine Coon is the largest breed of domestic cat in the world. It has a very distinctive and dignified physical appearance. It is native to the state of Maine (in New England) where it gets it's name from.

Maine Coons are large and can weigh up to 18 pounds for males. It is called "the gentle giant" because it is very sociable. Males are normally larger than females in the breed. They usually finish growing between ages 3 to 5 years. Compared to other cat breeds, the Maine Coon grows rapidly.

Their fur is subject to seasonal changes, being less thick in the summer, and growing a gorgeous winter-coat in the colder months. Their most distinctive visual trait is the "frosting" on the tips of it's ears, reminding owners of a lynx, and the fluffy racoon-like tail.
ABOUT MAINE COON CATS
The Maine Coon is independent by nature, but is also very loyal. They have an above-average intelligence and are considered easy to train. They display great loyalty to their owners but are cautious and skeptical around strangers. They are considered to be relaxed and affectionate. They are empathetic and show an mindfulness of it's owner's moods. The Maine Coon cat is often described as being good with children and other animals, including dogs. They are vocal and expressive..
